Our Spanish Retreat – A Life-Changing Experience

In September 2025, we hosted our first Inspiring Minds Spanish Retreat, and it was an incredible success. A group of inspiring women joined us in the sunshine for a transformational week of deep personal growth, wellbeing, business clarity and connection.

Through powerful workshops, mindset coaching, relaxation, and unforgettable experiences, every attendee returned home feeling renewed, focused and aligned with their next chapter. The retreat created lifelong friendships, breakthrough moments and a sense of calm and clarity that only time away in a supportive space can offer.

Because of the outstanding results and the demand for more, our Spanish retreats will now take place annually every mid-September.

Our next retreat from 14-18th Sept 2026 is now live on the website and open for applications, offering another opportunity to reset, recharge and realign your life and business in the most beautiful, empowering environment.

Financial Prosperity Workshops — covering budgeting, saving, investing basics, financial mindset, and entrepreneurial finance.
Neurodiversity Support & Parenting Education — based on Embracing the Extraordinary, providing education, resources, and community support for parents, carers and families with neurodivergent children.
Entrepreneurship & Business Foundations Course — practical business and passive-income training designed for beginners to advanced investors. Ideal for landlords, property investors, side-hustlers, and anyone wanting to build ethical, sustainable income streams.
Personal Development & Self-Empowerment Journeys — focused on self-worth, emotional resilience, mindset work, goal setting and achieving balance between business, family and self-care.
Professional Mentorship & Coaching — one-on-one and group coaching sessions for women entrepreneurs, investors, and individuals seeking growth, focus, clarity and accountability.

Each programme is designed with accessibility, affordability, and real-life application in mind. We prioritise ethical teaching, clarity over hype, and ongoing support — not just a quick fix.

Presentations, Events & Community Programmes

Monthly meetings of Inspiring Women Wirral — networking evenings, workshops, guest speakers and mentorship for women in business, entrepreneurship, property, creative industries and beyond.
Community outreach — school- and college-based entrepreneurship and financial-literacy workshops, including partnerships with local education providers.
Retreats (UK & international) — immersive experiences combining personal growth, business strategy, relaxation and sisterhood.
Public speaking engagements — including upcoming presentations at national Autism & ADHD Conferences (London, Birmingham, Manchester 2026), sharing insights from Embracing the Extraordinary.
Annual Christmas & networking events — including our Christmas Meal at Silk Road Tapas, designed to bring women together in connection, celebration and support.

Achievements & Awards

Our founder, Shirleyann Haig, along with Harriet Wignall Parry Our accountant and secretary recently won Property Training Provider of the Year at the Manchester & Northwest England Prestige Awards 2025/26 — a nod to our ethical training, community values, and commitment to real impact.
Raised £6,000+ via crowdfunding to fund printing and distribution of Embracing the Extraordinary, ensuring accessibility and reach.
Our Director Katie Bowater won Merseyside Woman of the year 2025
Built a network of 2,500+ connected women through Inspiring Women Wirral in 2024 alone.
Delivered multiple successful events, retreats, and community outreach programmes, helping families, entrepreneurs and neurodivergent individuals across the region.
